Summer of Rock - Song List

Below are songs that we will be choosing from to work on during the camp. Feel free to send us input on which songs you like and start working on them if you want, the instructional material will be posted soon. Also feel free to send us cover songs that you would like to perform and we will add them to the list. Email requests to mattnord@tangledtones.com. All campers receive a CD with the current years improvisation tracks to use as a practice CD to improve their improvisation skills. Under the song title is the chord progression, if it says "see chart" click on the link to music for the piece. The music will not be the entire arrangement of the piece but will outline main riffs used, rhythms and chords.

Click here for the general theory page that relates to much of the material below. To download a song on a dial-up connection it is best to right-click on the song title and "Save Target As." Save the song to your desktop and play it from there - a 2 minute song will generally take up to 15 minutes to download. Download carefully, if you are enrolled in the camp you will be recieving these songs on a CD.
